  • Before the profit and loss account and the balance sheet were made out, the directors took reasonable steps to ascertain that any current assets which were unlikely to realize in the ordinary course of business their book values have been written down to their estimated realizable values or have adequately provided for.

    At the date of this report, the directors are not aware of any circumstances which would render the values attributable to current assets in the accounts of the company misleading.

  • The directors do not recommend payment of the dividends for the periods under review. No dividend has been paid since the end of the previous period.
